3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:

PayPal

  • We utilize PayPal's API for secure payment processing
  • Payments may be made via PayPal account or credit/debit cards through PayPal's payment gateway
  • All PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's User Agreement and terms of service
  • We act as a merchant under PayPal's Commercial Entity Agreement
  • PayPal fees and currency conversion charges may apply as per PayPal's fee structure

Wise (formerly TransferWise)

  • Bank transfers and credit card payments accepted through Wise payment links
  • International payments supported in multiple currencies
  • Exchange rates and fees are determined by Wise Terms of Use
  • All Wise transactions are subject to Wise Payments Limited terms and conditions

3.2 Billing and Payment Schedule

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Monthly subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • One-time services require full payment upon order confirmation
  • Custom projects may require a deposit as specified in the project agreement
  • All payments are non-refundable except as provided in Section 5 (Cancellation and Refunds)

3.3 Late Payments

  • Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will be considered late
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law
  • We reserve the right to suspend Services for accounts with overdue payments

3.4 Currency and Taxes

  • Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges
  • International clients may be subject to currency conversion fees

4. Client Obligations

4.1 Account Information

You agree to:

4.2 Cooperation

You shall:

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • An initial 3-month commitment period applies to all subscription services

5.2 Project-Based Services

  • Cancellation terms for custom projects are specified in individual agreements
  • Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver agreed services

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver Services as specified in the agreement
  • Technical issues prevent Service delivery for extended periods
  • As required by applicable consumer protection laws

6. Intellectual Property

6.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing Services.

6.3 Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You own the final deliverables created specifically for you
  • We retain rights to general methodologies, tools, and templates
  • We may showcase your project in our portfolio with your permission

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

7.2 Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No guarantee of specific domain authority metrics
  • Regular reporting on link acquisition

13.3 Content Services

  • Content is original and plagiarism-free
  • Client provides final approval before publication
  • We retain the right to refuse inappropriate content
  • Content may be optimized for SEO purposes

14. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for illegal purposes
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with Service operation
  • Resell Services without authorization
